Part ABC ("Part ABC", "we", "us", or "our") is an independent licensed insurance agency operated by Ryan George, a licensed Pennsylvania Medicare advisor based in Wexford, PA. We are not connected with or endorsed by the United States government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or the Social Security Administration.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website (including any pages, quizzes, forms, scheduling tools, calls, SMS messages, or other services we provide), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
3. No medical, legal, or financial advice

Plan availability, premiums, benefits, formularies, pharmacy networks, provider networks, and copayments are subject to change. 4. Plans we represent
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 14 organizations which offer 151 products in your area. Submitting your information on this site does not affect your current or future enrollment in any Medicare plan, nor does it obligate you to enroll in any plan.
5. Communications consent
By submitting your phone number through this site you authorize Part ABC and Ryan George to contact you by phone, SMS, email, or pre-recorded message at the number provided, including via automated technology, regarding Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug plans. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or contact us to opt out of other communications.
6. Third-party platforms
We advertise on third-party platforms, including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and others. Those platforms are not affiliated with, do not endorse, and do not sponsor this offer or Part ABC. Their use of any data they collect is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Part ABC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
